Individualised Funding now offered by VisionWest Baptist Home Healthcare

This service is called Individualised Funding (IF) and is for those people
with a disability who need support. This funding has been developed to
recognize the uniqueness of each persons needs.  We are happy to have this
opportunity to provide this very flexible option of support to the disabled
people in our community. In the near future we will be providing some
presentations to the public on this service.

 We will keep you informed of dates for these.
