Birkdale/Beach Haven Community Project Inc
The Birkdale/Beach Haven Community Project Inc. (BBCP) operate two community
houses, two early learning centres, an after school programme and two
holiday programmes.
A recent strategic review of the project has established this new and
exciting position of Community Development Manager to implement new
structures and provide best practice to the community we serve.
Reporting to the project committee, the successful applicant will oversee
all operational procedures including the maintenance of the facilities and
services, as well as employ, support and coach a dedicated passionate team.
Growing and promoting the communities awareness, developing relationships
with stakeholders and other community groups to promote the principals of
the BBCP Strategic Plan are key requirements.
We envisage you will have proven management skills and experience with a
relevant tertiary qualification.
