North Shore Community & Social Services is seeking an energetic and
enthusiastic individual to engage with North Shore communities in the
implementation of the award winning Village Planning process (or similar)
for the North Shore City.
The successful applicant will:
. Help communities turn their ideas into reality.
. Initiate successful models of community engagement and development
relevant to urban communities and neighbourhoods.
. Facilitate community development processes effectively so that diverse
communities on the North Shore are engaged.
. Foster positive relationships with community sectors - including
under-represented and marginalised community groups.
. Have knowledge and experience in specifying plans, developing resources
and implementing agreed plans to achieve goals.
. Have a desire to be part of building strong and resilient communities.
